Black crush and gradient banding issues FIXED in T-Mobile's long waited update!

Yep, you read that right, with the latest update from T-Mobile, the black crush and gradient banding issues have been fixed. I tested dark and default wallpapers with 0% brightness and the black spots that you would notice in the corners are gone. Also I tested the black panther video on YouTube with no brightness and it looks a million times better than before even with no brightness.
Also the phone is snappier, battery life has been improved, and face recognition works way faster in the darkness, something that in the past annoyed me and I'm happy to see they worked on it.
 
So what software version? I saw this on a different site and it was something like BR5?

The BRE5 /BRE3 update did nothing for my S9+. Hoping it will improve with June updates maybe.
What number update did you get?
