black screen help

im using clockworkmod recovery v5.0.2.7 with the slide rom

it installs successfully, then i reboot it and get the LG logo. but after that i get the black screen.
could someone please help :-[ :'(

Well slide rom has been discontinued for a long time now. Your probably on a zv5 or zv9 phone. When that rom was developed all there was is zv4 which had a different screen.

You could also flash an up-to-date rom,
like mrg666's mirage or LeslieAnn's harmonia or tdm's ics, or bobZhome's gingerbread, ics or jb...
