Black screen soft reset failed

[AC Question]

I have had this phone for a year. Phone updated today. Crashed and I tried the soft reset. Did not fix the problem. Now it is frozen on the first screen that pops up when you turn phone on.

Does whatever phone it is allow you to perform a Cache Partition wipe?
