Okay so, I keep seeing this everywhere on samsung so royally annoyed right now that it keeps happening.
My phone crashed 4 days ago, I tried to do the reboot but think i selected the wrong thing and the screen came up as 'downloading' something then boom.. went black and wont turn back on.
I have tried all the buttons, I have tried letting it die but its been 4 days and nothing has changed!!
Took it to Carphone Warehouse where he tried all the bloody buttons despite me telling him it does not work so he quoted me £170 to fix the problem even though phone is on warranty (phone was a gift and i dont have a receipt, neither do the person who brought it for me either ffs) What can I do??
There must be something! Surely it cant just be dead like this? I am a single mother so having a spare £170 is literally never going to happen :/
