Black screen

My wife's S7 Verizon US phone just up and died. Won't turn on and the verizon store is sending her to Best Buy. Anyone seen or have had this issue? What was the fix since you can't remove the battery?

Welcome to the forums! You can simulate a battery pull if you press & hold the power and volume down keys simultaneously for about 7 seconds. Worth a try.

Just had this happen too. Pressing the power and volume down and holding worked for me.

I wondered if this might having something to do with the tmobile OTA update yesterday. I just reset the system cache. Hope it doesn't happen again.
