Blackberry messenger

Yes, for grins. and then I deleted it. what a waste of time. I'm fine using Hangouts, Skype, etc. BBM is so O-V-E-R. signing up is a PITA. How many non-geeks are going to mess with it?? huh? The average customer is going to be put off by the onerous way in which one has to get a PIN. BB is so far behind the times.

Ive not felt the need. So many ways I can already connect. WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, hangouts... If I knew anyone who uses it lol. And not for getting text messaging lol

I downloaded it. Then I thought "why!?" And uninstalled it. It's at least 5 years too late.

I got it so I could say I have it. That's about it.

I downloaded it both to my Note 2 and Nexus 10 out of curiosity to check it out. Kind of a stupid waste of time, though. I no longer have any BBM contacts because I don't know anyone who uses a BB anymore.I haven't gotten around to uninstalling it yet, though. No time like the present -- thanks for the reminder!

I installed to see if it was anything better than it was when I was still on BB and better than whatsapp or other IM apps. At current it isn't any better. If they enable us to video chat, it becomes something to have. Any ideas of/when that is gonna happen?
