Blackberry to Exchange personal info

I have a phone for work (BB Bold) and my personal phone (HTC Inc) and I was hoping to just use Exchange on the Inc and leave the BB in my desk drawer. I know that on my BB they can monitor calls, internet use, SMS, etc. If I use Exchange on the Inc, will they be able to access any personal info on the phone?

I know it's a dumb question so thanks in advance.
