Blank Lines In Battery Usage History

Hi, I noticed I have black vertical lines in my battery history was wondering if anyone else had this to see if it's normal. Based on my observations when I turn the phone off it makes a new blank line. Thanks

This. If the phone is powered off it shows a line there.
