Blank software??

ok we went to the VZW store, got a new sim card and now my wife has ics so it does appear that the sim card is the issue here

When you get a new sim card..does that affect anything? Like memory or data loss?

No....everything is either backed up on ur gmail account or ur sd card...once they put the new sim card in.....it took about 3 hrs to get a status code though.....but it WILL fix the issue

:shake: good deal! Is the card swap a simple plug and play n that's it? No programming or setting anything back up ?

Confirming again that this IS fixed by getting a new 4g card. Got mine today finally and liking the ics so far! Will take a little getting used to of course
