Blink security cam app notification issues

For anyone who has the blink XT2 security cameras; they did not work very well on the Note 9 with regards to notification pop ios, in fact it hardly ever worked.

Then I got the Note 10 5G+ and everything worked beautifully. Then within the past month when android rolled out that new software update it seems it no longer works.

In addition that update screwed up my clipboard app such that I had a run in ADB command which fixed it.

So I'm wondering if anyone knows of any sort of method for a non rooted phone that we can fix this issue with the blink app so I can actually get notifications on my phone when someone walks by my security cameras. Thank you.

Thank you I will send them an email I was on the phone with Tech Support last week and they were utterly useless.
