Bloatware - Which ones don't I Need?

HI everyone - just wondering what apps/bloatware can I or should I uninstall from the Galaxy S II? I have t-mobile but my phone is unlocked...is it possible to uninstall them?

This is my first Android phone ever so I'm pretty confused on what I should be doing...
