I use "call blocker" from the playstore (and free).

You can download an app called calls black list and just block the number. And if you want to be an ******* like this person is download an app called pentest tools then click on the sms icon and download the smsbomber.apk and flood the *****!

I have the White Pages caller ID as well and it doesn't show the name nor number of a single restricted call I have gotten.
