Blocking Galaxy 10.1

Hi,
1- I'm having trouble with people installing and uninstalling apps in my device, how can I block instalation and uninstalation apps?
2 Is it possible to block by custom ROM's or any other way the hard reset by pressing power + vol. down?

Adding a screen lock pattern / PIN / password would be the easiest solution.

Yes, but my kid play some games in my device, and by "acident" install or unninstall some apps that i need to work.

You can always remove the credit associated with the Play store, so at least pay apps aren't allowed.. Or password protect the store, as well.
