so that visitors in our house cant download apps and games , im on a limited bandwidth and it sucks when they download apps and games.

U don't have Wi-Fi?? Anyway there is no way to block the play store period but u can set it up as anybody that wanna download have to put in your gmail information including password.

lol. i want to block it through wifi. of course i have a wifi.

i just want to now the ip address or ports which play store uses so i can block or something like that. im talking about the playstore app.

It'll let you lock certain apps from being used and require a password. Just lock the app when you expect guest.

I assume you have a router. Just shut off the guest setting and secure it with a password.
