Blocking Notifications

I have set up my notifications to block between 10:30pm and 6am. This does not seem to activate unless I select the block option, which means it blocks all the time and not the time I've specified.

Anyone else having problems with this or am I doing something wrong?

If you have selected a time block and actually set it to block at these times and did not hit block all then you should be ok, If it is not you need to go back in and look at your settings to make sure you set a time but hit block all.
