blocking ota

Could somebody help me out with how to make sure I don't receive an ota? I have rooted Verizon LG g3 running CM 12 lollipop, and I don't want to receive any verizon ota's. Thanks in advance, I know this is a noon question.

Even if you do, they'll fail (non-stock ROM and rooting are both things that stop the update from running), so it's just a little annoyance. Since you're rooted, you could freeze the update app (use Link2SD if you don't have anything that will freeze apps - it's free). But, as I said, it's just an annoyance. The update will start, it will fail, and you'll still be on your current ROM, still rooted.

Hello. Can u share how u got ur phone on CM12 with lollipop. I cant find anything on it and after using lollipop i want it asap. Thank you.

I'm on the Verizon variant, i don't know about other models, search XDA developers. It's pretty stable, and working great fit me
