Good Lord, is there a Cliff Notes version of this?
I wouldn't mind trying but that thread is quite old at this point and includes so many different variants.
I don't think there's any way to do this other than using adb and following the steps... Is the info we need in the first few posts by the Dev or is there info spread throughout that thread that we will need to know?
I was using Dante's work for quite a while on both my Husband's & my Watch 6 Classics.
That being said, I really don't think Samsung's BP sensors or the program are all that great. No matter how much I calibrated the watch BP, it was never
close to being as efficient as my professional standalone unit. I didn't expect it to be perfect, but in the ballpark would have been nice. The readings were really off for the both of us, very low.)
Dante is dedicated to this project, been doing it for years. I think it goes back to the Watch 3. He is very considerate & is helpful in assisting people. He doesn't alter Samsung's original files, he just has a couple of free apps that run alongside Samsung's. (You are welcome to donate to his project if so inclined)
If I thought it was dangerous, or illegal, I wouldn't have tried it or even mention it now.
His video simplifies the whole process. I had no problems getting it to work on both of our watches. The people who have the most problems are the individuals trying to get a non Samsung phone to pair properly with a Samsung watch.
Sorry, so long of a post....
