Blood results chart

This question is for a very Savvy smartphone user. I get blood work very often from the same Laboratory. They furnish me a copy of the blood work but I am in need of being able to see the progression of test results from month to month. My doctor reviews the results with me but I'm k for a way to seed a spread sheet that shows all the monthly results. Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks?

I'm aware of the capability of spread sheets. I'm looking for a way to get the blood report data in the spreadsheet automatically. I'm trying to avoid manually entering the data.

On iOS, the Apple Health app can import and show records assuming your provider is in the program. That's probably not what you're looking for, but sharing as a reference point for what is possible.

Only feasible way I can think of is if your data can be supplied to you electronically in a format (i.e. csv) that could be imported into a spreadsheet. You would still have setup the spreadsheet, but how difficult is it to enter data after the initial setup of the spreadsheet? Doesn't seem to me that the spreadsheet would take more than a few minutes to setup.

You're taking more time asking for a solution that would save you a couple minutes a month at best.

Being a type II diabetic, I have to go to the doctor for blood tests every 6 months. Since my company uses Cigna, I was able to use the Cigna app to see exactly what you are looking for. Is something like that an option?

I have a Mychart app from Cooper Hospital. Do I need to get Quest to be a part of it?
