Blu Life One Phone is unresponsive - my screen is black and I can't seem to reset it. What should I do?

Blu Life One Phone is unresponsive - my screen is black and I can't seem to reset it.

I got this phone only a month or two ago and up until now it was working perfectly fine. I was playing a game while my phone was charging, so I know this wasn't because of a dead battery, when my screen suddenly turned black. There is a little red light at the top that lets me know if the phone is actually charging, and it has stayed on, even after i unplugged my phone from the charger.

I have tried resetting the phone by pressing down the power button for 10-50 seconds, and pressing down the power button + one of the volume buttons for the same amount of time, but my phone is unresponsive. I did each of these things multiple times over the past hour but there is still no response.

The battery is built-in and I'm not sure if I should remove it or not.

I don't know much about phones so any help is appreciated, thanks!

I believe you mean restart and not reset.

Restart: turning the device off then on again.

Reset: wipes the phones memory (normally called factory reset, which sets the phone back to its original state).

If you can't remove the battery or are to scared to try, then let the phone die. Once the battery is completely dead, plug in the charger and see if it'll turn on.
