Blu Life XL Keeps crashing

I have had a Blu life XL for the past 2 months. Recently it started freezing and constantly crashing. I've factory reset the phone, and even just after the reset it still was freezing and crashing while doing the setup. No apps installed that could even be causing it because it's a complete fresh install. Phone is garbage and best buy won't take back so need to fix it so I'm not out $100.

Did they say why they won't take it back? If there's a good reason, and if there's no manufacturer's warranty, and no other plausible explanation, such as a bad battery, you could try reflashing the stock firmware.
