Blu Phone Home screen icon management

[AC Question]

So I am unable to remove icons from the home screen. I still have an app drawer but I also have all of my apps visible on home screens. When I long press my only options are "Uninstall" or "App Info". I can place them in folders, I can even add my app drawer to the folder but I can not remove them or folders from the home screen.
