Blue App Icon

I have had this phone for a few weeks now, and today I must have hit something because there is a blue app icon on my screen that actually moves from screen screen. I have tried to delete it or put it in the trash can. It literally not go away. Any help?

Thats the Assistant menu. Similar to assistive touch on ios I think. Disable via settings -> accessibility.
