Blue AT&T variant?

One question. Where was the blue made, Korea or Vietnam? Just curious since these just came out, and it seems the Glow Note10+ is made in Korea and the black one is made in Vietnam.

I ordered the Blue from Best Buy for my AT&T line yesterday...
They asked me if I wanted Unlocked or AT&T version. Unfortunately, in order to take advantage of the BoGo, I had to get it locked to AT&T

I wound up exchanging for the blue because it was in stock and my original had some software issues they couldn't resolve. My blue AT&T was made in Vietnam.

Just curious, why does it matter where it's made? Are people finding issues with devices made in a certain location?

From previous experience, I find that those made in Korea have higher quality control than those made in Vietnam or China. I guess it has to do that only 8% of Samsungs phones are made in Korea, vs over 50% for Vietnam. Therefore the odds are greater that you will have a scratch or other issues out of the box from a phone made in Vietnam vs Korea. Not always the case, but something I consider when buying Samsung phones.
