Hello guys, I'm sorry to bother you with this odd question but I need help.

Recently I've bought a pair of bluetooth earbuds to be able to communicate and talk while riding bike, since my job as a delivery guy demands it.

I came across this issue when I tried a pair of earbuds at home, realizing that when I connected them to my phone, youtube videos, whatsapp voice notes and almost anything that has to do with wi fi was ultra slow.

I tried different earbuds, but they all seem to work fine on my pc of another device, but my phone just keeps getting sloweddown by bluetooth

Some days after I wasn't using said earbuds yet I left the bluetooth on, and the problem persisted even If it wasn't connected with anything, what led me to believe that maybe, just by habing my bluetooth on created the problem on my phone.

Also, I don't know why this earbuds work as hands free when used to regular calls but on whatsapp calls or voicenotes, they simply don't work or the mic doesn't work.

i'm truly sorry for the long post, and I hope you can help me solve this, thanks in advance!

Welcome to Android Central! Bluetooth can sometimes interfere with 2.4 GHz wi-fi, since BT also uses 2.4 GHz. Does this only happen at home? If so, try logging into your router's settings (see the router manual to learn how) and change the wi-fi channel it's using.

It is very noticeable at homenaje, andamos I Aldo could perceive it at work where the wi fi connection is way faster and stronger, mostly YouTube videos loaded by default in 360p instead of 720p. In that case, changing the wi fi is the only way to go?

I'm sorry, i didn't quite understand that -- are you saying that it is slower at home than at work?

Yes, at my job the internet is faster and less populated than my home wi fi connection, yet I cannot mess with my workplace config without being called out, so my only way is trying to change the frequency at home and see if it works out, unless there's a way to fix my phone
