Blue dots and lines on my pictures?

Hello this only happens to me when I use the selfie side of camera phn is in good condition no cracks on cell or lens it started with just like 1-2 small dots when I got the phn in 2015 but now it has more dot an scribble line like blue marks an it appears on pix as if I tried to write on them what is causing those an can they be fixed
