Question Why doesn't android central forums not allow the ability to get site notifications on google chrome?

When going on android central forums website, there's no pop-up for allowing notifications for this website. On other sites there's the ability to allow website notifications. Does this website just allow alerts via email?

I don't know about the webpage, but we can ask an admin, @B. Diddy @Laura Knotek, and see if they know. Are you on a laptop, PC or device? I use Tapatalk which requires you to sign into your AC account. Then whatever I do on the site, whether it be on my device, on a laptop or PC, I get notified through Tapatalk on my device. Refreshing the page, changing to a new page, anything but using the back button, refreshes notifications for threads you're following and they show up as numbers on your bell icon in the upper right corner. So, kind of like an website notification, sort of.

I don't use any browser for notifications. I also use Tapatalk.

I also recommend the Tapatalk app. That's what I use, and I'm a moderator on the Android Central forums.
