So after reading all the reviews and people mentioning the bluish hue of the screen, I didn't really notice it too badly on mine after playing with it for a day.

Until I put it next to my wife's galaxy nexus in a dark room. Hers actually is void of the blue hue, having pretty deep blacks and an overall toned down but not washed out tint to it seems. I made all of our settings the same, matched the wallpapers and its still noticeable.

Is anyone else noticing that their phone is notably bluish in hue? or is it staying close to black?

/ really, what are the chances that if i asked for a replacement from verizon that i a) get one b) does not actually have the blue hue.

i know im being a little picky, but, whatever.

Mine looks blue if I look at it from an angle, but straight on it looks fine,

Mine also looks a bit blue at an angle but not straight on. I don't have two Nexi to look at side by side, so I just assume it's normal. No biggie as long as you're not doing comparison shots. If it bothers you, bring it back. But nothing is saying you wont get a worse one.

It must go back. You don't want to put it off and live with that for two years. Your pictures prove it was not just the angle.
