Blue light filter schedule problem

Has anybody noticed that blue light filter hasn't been coming on when on with a set schedule? I think the only time it does now is when I am actually using the phone the exact time it is supposed to come on. I am on Pie.

I'm with AT&T, I have their CSAA OTA of PIE and I have my Blue Light filter set to "Sunrise/Sunset" as it was on Oreo and it is still working correctly - even followed the Daylight Savings Time change! I don't think I ever tried it with a custom schedule...

I think for quirks like this, if it is indeed a quirk that cannot be fixed with a setting change, a factory reset is in order, especially after a major OS update.

I'm afraid that may be the answer. Takes sooooo long to set up the phone after a reset. Lol
