Blue light filter

It blocks some kinda glare you get from screen light that mess with your sleep if exposed to it to much before bed time, use it last 2 hours of the day if you're on your on the phone a lot
 
You can adjust the slider to make it more warm (orangy) or less warm (whiter). I have mine set to come on 7pm and go off 7am.

It blocks blue light, which affects sleep patterns, and some studies have shown increased exposure to blue light can facilitate early onset of some late in life health concerns..ie cataract, etc.
