call filter was removed by accident tues afternoon

so for some odd reason i was talking to walmart on phone tues afternoon it always used to say potential spam anyways i got notify that plan was removed night before and that morning it was saying call fliter plus

so i call them back to put on my line again i forgot to mention don't put mobile protect back on because if you guys recall from this thread

call fliter plus does anybody know how to remove it i accidently upgraded it mon afternoon

this mon i got phone call potential spam instead delete i somehow manage to upgrade to verizon call flliter plus on my phone

when i got notify potential spam on phone was on call filer free and went into call filter plus trial version by mistake hence whenever i try to call verizon to put it back on my line from my dad's account when open up call filter free goes to plus and how i did go to verizon store and the guy said i was stuck with it and when trial ends then that what it will be

fast forward this past tues afternoon when was removed by accident and i have to get it back and forgot to mention don't put mobile protect on it<-since was never saying that up to tues morning when i open up call filter app on phone it only said call filter plus not call filter plus with verizon mobile protect<-anyways go that part off and its back saying that however for some odd reason now say my dad will have to pay 3.99 which i don't understand

because everytime in the past they try to put that on my phone and i have to get it off my dad never pay for 3.99 they claim always on insurance past few months?

now women on phone said well we can removed call filter plus and just put call filter with mobile protect<-and then ya know have to have them removed it cause i hate that word when open up app i explain to her at when i went into trial version when put me on free then i open up next day it go back saying call filter plus and i was stuck with that after went to verizon store

again this happen 2 years ago on july 22nd she doesn't know if will do same thing or not now i don't when plan was removed by accident tues afternoon on phone made it to like i never had call filter at all and when put it back that so called call filter plus trial then ended when i was stuck with it no longer exist and after did put back on mobile protect then off again saying only call filter plus unlike in past mobile protect on and off something happen hence why if keep my dad all of a sudden have to pay 3.99 if i truly want that without mobile protect i don't know

if were put back call fliter free do you think next time open up app it will be saying what it saying now call fliter plus or not since my dad is military and because i don't want mobile protect<-despite they claim had it for past few months when wasn't saying that only showing call fliter plus last week up to mon and early tues morning before it was removed accidently tues afternoon

women said my dad will be paying less call fliter plus without mobile protect so i don't know what to do remove plus no mobile protect put free back in next time i open up app wil it go back saying call fliter plus or should i just leave it alone?

Hi, just delete it for now and keep an eye out on your account see if they charge anything going forward

i need to have call fliter on my phone i don't want spam calls plus my phone is attach to my dad number hence that's why when i call tech support they think its my dad i guess i need to verizon either tomorrow sat and tell them what happen and go from there

well i just wrote up some stuff to give to verizon whenever i go over to store today aka friday or sat going back to used to have free and what happen back in july of 2022 and going into plus up to what wanted mobile protect how always taken off and only show want it doing now what happen past tues afternoon

how they try to put it back when got it off now telling my dad have to pay 3.99 where as in the past never have to i bet i always had plus right after 2022 when went from free to plus when it was activated on his account on my line so again am not what will happen if put free back on next time open call filter on my phone it will do what it used to be what showing now

i'm also confused about insurance aka mobile protect past few months despite up to tues afternoon when was removed it always say plus and i know when they put that sorry mobile protect on when open app it will end up saying plus verizon mobile protect meh

i just got home from verizon and despite what customer care was saying on mobile protect past few months since jump from free to plus by accident 2 years ago in july my dad was always paying 3.99 since didn't have mobile protect at all

i still not sure why tues afternoon when i was talking to walmart online on phone notify me no plan i should had shown the guy walmart phone number and said was saying potential spam with that meter i guess somehow it trigger call filter plus and removed by mistake had to get it back after person put mobile protect on and make it say plus only since no longer say that because when i talk night before walmart phone number was still saying potential spam on it

i think 1 time walmart call me private number on an order and somehow it said potential spam on it been ever since until past tues afternoon i don't know

it seems everything still good just wanted to confirm what heck customer care was talking about mobile protect past few months had never did if since 2022 was on call filter plus or not
