Blue line around edge of screen

After the newest update. If i double tap the screen it zooms in with a blue line around the edge...Even does it when on apps and locked homescreen....Any idea where the settings are? Thanks

Forgot about that..Oops...SETTING-ACCESSIBILITY-MAGNIFICATION GESTURES-TURN OFF...

I have had this problem also of the blue line around the edges on my LG G2, and your instruction inside "accessibility" works. . It's a zoom feature to help people with poor vision. On LG G2 it is: Settings - Accessibility - Touch zoom - off.
