My phone started to notify me that almost every app had stopped working. When I wiped all data, cleared cache and did the factory reset, the phone either shows blank light screen or stuck at android is upgrading. Can't even turn the phone on.. Any ideas ? Cant even flash it. Won't connect to PC. SD card update won't work. It doesn't even recognize the zip file in sd card root.... H eeelpp
