Blue Tooth Phone Call Dropping Ringer/Media Levels To Off

Whenever I receive a phone call on my Sony receiver, it all works fine, but when done, the phone volume for ring and media both go to zero and then I have to reset the phone to fix it. This is pissing me off. I removed the receiver from the phone and then repaired, same issue. Grrr. Worked fine with KK.
