Blueish tint when viewed at angle

Hi folks,

So, I just got an S2 9.7 VZW LTE version. I'm trying to figure out if I'm being overly sensitive to something. The display looks great straight on, but when I tilt it left or right or up, I notice bluish tint to the screen. It's still bright and I know there's some change to the display when tilting, but the fact that I noticed this makes me wonder if there is something wrong with this particular tablet.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I believe that's fairly common for Super Amoled screens, such as the one on the S2. If it seems overly blue-ish then consider asking Verizon to swap it out for you.

Thanks for the reply. It feels / looks overly bluish to me. I am asking for a replacement.

Mine is like that too. I was thinking it was a defect. Went by BB and OD announced the display ones do the same.
Oddly enough, your is the first mention I've seen. I couldn't find anything on Google searches.
It's not a big deal but I do wish it didn't do this. My ipad doesn't.

It's the AMOLED screen. When I owned the Galaxy S3 it did the same thing. Same on my S7 Edge and my Tab S2 9.7. If you're looking for a pure white screen look elsewhere.
