Bluetooth and default music app?

I've noticed that when I connect my phone to a new bluetooth system in a car, it defaults to Amazon music player. Is there a setting for this?

Ugh! Bluetooth on this, whether its Android or HTC, is nowhere near as good as my iPhone was.

I'll piggyback on this question with this one. Some times, not all when I start bluetooth Pandora starts playing through the speakers. Is the a bug or some sort of feature that I can disable?
