Bluetooth audio routing

Have just bought a Pixel 10 Pro but am having a problem when making or receiving calls in my Signia C&G 17 hearing aids. The calls do not route to my hearing aids so cannot hear calls, I suspect it is to do with the auto routing of the sound. Would appreciate any help/advice as to configure the sound.
