Even if I have Bluetooth off the entire time, it shows up in my Battery Usage list at 1-3%. Is this "normal" or is my bluetooth not actually turning off?
Never had this issue with my OG Droid.

I'm not sure if I can help I rarely use BT. Is this happening after you restart the usage statistics cycle from the last time you used BT, w/ it diisabled? Does it still show up if you keep it disabled on a new cycle?

Have any active/idle bluetooth widgets on home or in any other profiles?

Downloaded or used any apps recently that you granted access to change bluetooth connectivity permissions?

If open idling, have you cleared the BT/BT share data cache(s) to see if that helped upon a restart.

I've experienced this too. I don't know of any apps or widgets that require bt, and while I do use it, the times I've noticed it I noticed because I hadn't used it at all. It never went over a percent or two so I didn't worry about it, but it will be interesting to see if anything comes out of this thread.

They don't require using BT but they need permission just to access it. Thought it might be an app or something checking for pairing. Don't shoot the messenger, I'm just guessing. As you can see the issue is GB related andbthere's not alot of answers out there.

i noticed that too. i use BT all day about 4 days a week. but i am very good at turning it off when i get home and its off most weekends. but i do notice that even i have had BT off, used the phone all evening or weekend day, charge it at night, the next day under battery usage BT almost always shows 1-2%.
