Bluetooth connect to iPod

This is probably just a bluetooth-newbie question, but ...

I want to be able to transfer mp3 and jpg files between my Incredible and the various iPod Touches that my now very jealous family members have. I was able at one point to get the Incredible and an iPod to "pair" but could not get them to "connect". (I have no idea what either one of those terms really means.)

Is there any trick to getting them to connect?

Is it even possible to transfer files from the Incredible to an iPod?

nope you can't do that - the only way to get stuff to and from an ipod is directly connecting it to a computer and using itunes
