Bluetooth Connection

Anybody else still having problems with Bluetooth, even after the new binaries in Codename Android v3.1 for JB 4.1.1? The headphones start to go in and out after about 10 minutes, which is my phone's lockout timing. Not sure if it is coincidental. I'm using JuiceDefender, but looking in the 'advanced' mode shows me that it wasn't messing with the bluetooth. So, I'm at a loss. Any ideas?

2 things I note:
1. Codename is not a very good developer. I'm not going to argue with anyone about his ethics because we've all said our peace on that... but his ICS ROMs continually experienced lockups, reboots and other issues that he was never able to correct. I would switch to a ROM that's known to be more stable in general.

2. Juice defender can easily be the culprit, and you probably shouldn't use it. Apps like that cause more headache than they are worth, IMO, as their constant monitoring and toggling of radios/data/bluetooth/etc are really doing you a disservice in the long run.

All of this.

Thanks man. You constantly come through with your replies to my questions.

I kind of agree about JD, but there is a lot of peace-of-mind with knowing the battery life is better. Sometimes it is a hassle. Though.

CNA not good? Why not, in your opinion. I've seen the comments about using other developers' codes..is that why?

Which is your favorite ROM with lots of customization on 4.1.1?

Thanks.

It's a grab bag of stuff thrown together. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It's basically the two biggest ROMs merged. Objectively, it may look great on the surface, but in reality it's a bit overdone and hasty.

For me, the most stable feature filled JB rom is CM10, specifically the one by Euroskank.

What he said...

And I'm just saying from first hand experience, I ran CNAs ROMs on ICS and even helped the team monitor their threads at rootzwiki (before I knew better, lol).. And I as well as many other people always experienced the same issues with those ROMs. So, disregarding the ethical/historical aspects, I just don't have faith in the general stability of the ROMs he throws together.

For anybody looking for the answer with a Google search, JuiceDefender is definitely the culprit. I recently replaced my wireless headphones and then my phone device. Then, recently, I've been experimenting with JuiceDefender. I'm still questioning the developer and I will report back. But, I do know that I recently added the music app to the configuration of "Enabling/Screen off" in JD. It doesn't seem like I have the problem anymore.

FYI, CNA has been much better with giving credit to other developers. I really like the ROM.
