I have a Motorola H270 Bluetooth earpiece...and just switched from the M7 to the M8. I have the volume rocker maxed out during calls and the volume difference between the two is pretty big. In fact, the volume in the earpiece is so much lower on the M8 (even when maxed out on the phone) that it's almost impossible to hear unless you are in a perfectly quiet enviro. This was not the case with my M7. Any thoughts???

You have the volume maxed out when you pair the headset or when you don't have it paired? Cause the volume settings are different with Bluetooth audio devices.

With the device paired and on...and within a call...I can run the volume in the earpiece up and down with the rocker. Even all the way up, the volume level is still very low. At about halfway, it's nearly silent.

Try deleting the pairing and repairing it.

Using my voyager legend with the m8 and the volume is normal to me. Definitely the same as with my GS4.
