Bluetooth headphones- one does not work and sth is wrong with the battery

Hello! I ordered my Bluetooth headphones on E- Bay and, unfortunately, I noticed that, no matter how long I charge the battery, it is never 100% full, moreover it becomes low very fast, almost after one video or a few songs. Also, one of them does not work at all. Do you know what the problem is?

Well, what headphones are they? Were they new, or advertised as such?

I stick to name brand from reputable sources, you may have bought from a less than reputable eBay seller (is there such a thing as a REPUTABLE eBay seller of electronics?).

They are clearly faulty and you should return them.

Every brand is going to have different processes for pairing the buds to each other (if it's even possible) and for pairing to phones.

I agree with @Galactic Zoo it might be better to try a return/refund, they should work out of the box with minimal effort needed.

"TWS" is a common brand name for no-name direct-from-China extremely cheap and terrible junk. Avoid in the future. Remember, if a deal seems too good to be true, then the device probably stinks.
