Can anyone recommend a good bluetooth headset that works well with the Infuse? Voice commands would be useful but any recommendations are appreciated.

For Bluetooth voice dialing I use Hands-Free Voice Dialer, this one is free in the market, but there's also a paid version if you want all of the features. Otherwise, if you only want BT Voice Dialing, the free version is perfect.
As far as Bluetooth headset. I'm a truck driver and have to use a handsfree set up. I use a headset called Blue Parrot, which is a true headset. They also make a Blue Parrot that can be a headset or worn behind the ear.
You won't find a clearer sounding headset. Most of the truck drivers that I know use it.
