Hello, i have a Galaxy A50 with dual sim inside. I bought a TWS bluetooth in ear set. Here's the problem: when i connect them too my old phone an Alcatel 1s all works perfectly, but when i connect them to my A50, the build-in microphone doesn't seem to work?? I can hear the voice on the other side, but they don't hear me speak?? Anyone got any clue?? Settings issue maybe?? Kind regards.

Welcome to Android Central! What's the brand and model of the earbuds? Go to Settings>Bluetooth and tap the gear icon next to those earbuds -- is Phone Calls turned on?

Also, you're talking about standard phone calls, and not VoIP calling on some other platform like WhatsApp, right?

Yes, i'm talking about standard phone calls. TWS : TRUE WIRELESS STEREO 210. When i tap the gear icon, i get only 2 options calls and media. Both are turned on.

Unfortunately, those no-name or off-brand earbuds tend to have more bugs due to poorer quality control, and they'll also have pretty much nonexistent support.

Maybe it has to do with the A50 having Bluetooth 5.0, while the Alcatel 1S has Bluetooth 4.2. Most devices should still be backwards compatible, but maybe there's a glitch with that. You could try playing around with the Bluetooth codecs in Developer Options: https://mashtips.com/change-bluetooth-audio-codec-android-device/

I have changed the codec to ACC in developmentmode, now it works with 1 of 2 sim's. The sim of my work has restrictions so it may related to that.
Sorry for my english, i trying the best i can.

Your English is totally fine! Better than some of the native English speakers here, I'd venture to say.:p

At least you got it partially working. Did you try other codecs for the 2nd SIM?
