Bluetooth Issue

Having a real problem with my Volvo "Infotainment Centre" and my S25 Ultra. Having connected as per the Volvo manual, I find after a finish using the vehicle for the day, the next day it will not connect. Only way seems to re-start the phone. I have reset Bluetooth settings on the phone and did a factory re-set on the "Infotainment Centre" but to no avail. Really not keen on going down the phone re-set road. Anyone else had a similar problem? Any suggestions will be greatly received. BTW the wife's S23 connects every time. Thanks.

Have you deleted the BT connection from the phone and set it up again (on the phone, not the car)? And make sure that BT is on and no modes on the phone are blocking the connection somehow (i.e. Driving Mode).

Thanks for the reply. Have checked all these out and will set BT up again later this evening., Got an awful feeling might need to factory re-set the phone.

Also, make sure that when you get in the vehicle the phone isn't actively connected to another BT device for audio/calls or it won't auto-switch to the car.

I'm having the same issue with my Honda Pilot's HandsfreeLink system. I've paired it successfully but it won't hold the connection. It constantly disconnects and reconnects.

I had an s24 ultra before this with no issues so I'm sure it's something I'm overlooking. Working on it some more today.

Yes I had no issues with my S24 Ultra which was connected via Bluetooth to my bone anchored hearing aids. Its always been with this S25 Ultra. Please keep us updated should you find a solution.

Another option is to 'force' the connection when you get in the car. You can set up automation modes (i.e. Drive Mode) and tell the phone to force-connect to a specific BT device when in range or to trigger other actions when detected.

Not sure how to do this. Help appreciated please.😇

On your phone's settings, you can search for 'Modes and Routines'. There, you'll have a few pre-programmed ones or create your own. The process will guide you through how to set up triggers (i.e. "If you see your car's BT signal in range") and subsequent actions (i.e. "Then automatically connect to it" or "Start Android Auto").

Thanks very much. So far so good.
