Bluetooth Issues Android 9 November Updat6

Since the Nov update I've had some flaky Bluetooth Issues. The main one being that the volume doesn't go very loud, even when its at max setting.

Only way to fix issues is to reboot device and then you can increase volume so it is loud.

It appears to me that the volume setting won't increase past the level it was at when the phone first connects to a device. You can obviously decrease the volume but you then won't be able to go louder than the level which my phone was set upon initial connection. I hope that makes sense.

Has anyone else has this?

Got my Nov update on Friday and used Bluetooth during my two 5 miles walks this weekend. Didn't notice an issue but will look into this more closely.
