Bluetooth Issues - Call Audio completely not working on Bluetooth devices

Hi everyone

My Galaxy S6 has randomly and suddenly lost the ability to hear call audio when I get a call when using a bluetooth device.

I have Bose bluetooth earphones that I use at the gym all the time. The Media Audio works fine, but for some reason the Call Audio is just completely silent. I can't hear a ring tone, I can't hear them pick up, and they cant hear me speak when I talk.

It worked before no problem. It just stopped randomly today and I have no idea why. Before you respond, please make sure to read this:

- The bluetooth headset works fine and I've confirmed this using a friend's phone (everything works perfectly on their phone)
- I have tried to clear app data and cache data for Bluetooth
- I've tried to clear the cache partition
- I have fully factory reset my phone and it has not helped.

I'm totally out of ideas. I have no idea why Media Audio works fine, but Call Audio does not. Please help!

Welcome to Android Central! You probably already checked this, but when you go to Settings>Bluetooth and tap the gear icon next to the earphones, is the Call Audio checkbox on?
