hi guys, i'm just new here out of being lost anymore of what to do since i could find the answer that i'm looking for my inquiry about my phone in the net

i have this Itel p55 5g (android 13),a newly buy one, whenever i tried to used the bluetooth for controllers or something that needed the bluetooth , it keeps on turning off automatically every 10 minutes and always disconnects it from the devices that i'm connected which is my laptop unless i turned it on manually and connect it again which is annoying to do from time to time

tried testing it upto 3 times on how long the duration will last but same 10 minutes persist, any solution to this?? also this happens to my mom's phone too, the difference is her phone is techno, same android 13.....tried looking for the system settings for it but i'm lost and i couldn't find it anywhere, even tried turning off power save but same issue still persist....sorry for my bad english T_T

Are you actively using the controller when this happens or is it just connected?

What controller do you have?

You say the phone is new, did the controller work properly with your previous device?

Are you actively using the controller when this happens? Not just on but pressing buttons, using the controller.

Being that it lasts exactly, or very close to, 10 minutes each time sounds intentional. Like this is the intended behavior. If it were random we might think battery, interference or something else but to be this consistent... If we knew what controller you has we could look at the reviews and do other searches that might help. We need your answers to continue.

Are you certain it's the phone's Bluetooth that's turning off, or is it the controller that's going to sleep after being idle for 5-10 minutes?
to be clear, my phone is the literal controller connected to my laptop via bluetooth, not some other controller and yeah as i've noticed it's the bluetooth problem caused that keep on happening even when i don't open that 3rd party app that i used for it....tried testing it and left it for a while, using timer to test it

Here's my complete answers to your questions about it:
1.yes, i connect to my laptop from time to time whenever i used it, then that issue keeps on happening, even tried to find what causes it on my phone settings but couldn't find it or rather "automatically turn off bluetooth if idle" or similar settings as chatgpt says doesn't even exist .

2.PCmonect via my phone to my laptop, using it also as a alternative gamecontroller besides other stuffs.

3.yah, this thing doesn't even happen on my previous device which has the same brand of phone, also itel but older android ver (9), i used it without any interruptions of disconnecting till now on my new phone....same third party controller

4. everytime whenever i turned on the bluetooth, even when no app or even the controller that i'm using is not open, it keeps on doing that every 10 minutes as i've already test it

5.exactly 10 minutes, tried testing it 3 times while using a timer and it always stops there....also duuno about battery but also tried disabling it but same thing still happens....also on my old devices, even when powersaving is enabled, bluetooth connectivity doesn't do that automatically unless i turned it off manually. this only happens on this new phone of mine
