Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse App?

I know I saw an app or widget in the market that said it allowed bluetooth mice to be used. With TV Out this would be very useful but I can't find that app anywhere >___< Does anyone know whats its called?

And I'm fairly new to Android so can you also pair a bluetooth keyboard with it? Or is that not until Froyo or is there an app or widget that enables it???
