Bluetooth menu in ICS

I can't find my Bluetooth settings in ICS. I have no problem turning Bluetooth on and off but can't find a menu to select a paired device or a way to pair a new device.
Any help would be appreciated.

From the quick setting bar, go to additional settings then click on BT. You can also go to menu, settings and click it there.

Unfortunately I am having the same issue since ICS. have tried turning on a bluetooth device and nothing, and Corki2's reply just turns bluetooth on.

Try going to system settings from your menu (the red lighted one) and then click in the BT icon. It should open up your full BT settings.

BTW from the notification bar, you have to click "Quick Settings" then you will see "Additional Settings" if you click "Additional Settings", it will open full settings. From there click on the BTicon. If you don't click "Additional Settings", you aren't in the right spot.
