Bluetooth music streaming background playing in car while on story BT headset

I have a question in this regards (first of all I have an iPhone 7, plan to buy unlocked pixel 2 soon)

I work Uber, play nice music for my customers via Bluetooth/Apple music. On my Toyota Camry for privacy reasons when I take a call from family I speak on a separate Bluetooth headset (not on the car’s speakers, only when I’m by myself). So in other words as soon as I step into my car to work Uber my phone connects to my entune system via Bluetooth to stream music and It also connects to my ear Bluetooth headset...

As soon as I take a call over my Bluetooth headset the music pauses, until I’m done with the call. Do you know if on the google Pixel 2 there is a way to allow the music to keep playing in the background car stereo, while at the same time I’m taking a phone call on my Bluetooth headset? Is this an iPhone related issue or everyphone does this (pause music on by streaming, although I’m using a separate BT headset to take a phone call)?

You can turn off media playing for the headset and you'll only be using it for calls. (Any connected Bluetooth device that can handle both media and phone calls has a setting page in the Bluetooth area that has Media and Phone switches.)

Thank you I’ll first try it on my iPhone. What happens is iPhones are very limited. When I get my pixel2 probably it’ll be a bit different.
